I received the item in a timely manner, but the item that is being advertised by Zenith is incorrect. The item should be listed as used. The item was not in retail packaging, it had scratches all over it, and the copper connection pins had scratches which means they have been used before. The item was re-shrinkwrapped to make it seem new, but common guys, get real! The battery does work, but for a used one, this is way over priced. Buyers BEWARE!!!!

The product was new and in the manufacturers packaging. However, it is a tad larger than the original battery which makes putting it in and taking it out more difficult. I usually have to try for a minute or so before it loosens up enough for it to come out. Also, my keyboard seems to stall more with this battery than the original one. By the way, I do still use the original battery, this is my backup

I purchased this item from Amazon at less than a quarter of the price for which the official BB Online Store is offering the same item. It is an exact duplicate of the battery that came with my BB and I carry it around in case of a power emergency.
