I was looking at gifts on Amazon and did not notice that they had added a purchase it now button below add to cart button and I accidentally hit buy it now. I soon received an email stating that I had purchased this item and would I like to go ahead with the purchase or cancel it. I cancelled it and received another email stating that the purchase had been cancelled and I was soon billed on my credit card. I called Amazon and the vender and told them what had happened and what steps I took to cancel it and both of them told me that the product was already shipped and there was nothing they could do about it. So I had to get my bank involved and they took care of the bogus charge. To this day I still have not received the battery that was supposedly sent out to me. Be careful about what you do on Amazon, don't shop late at night and do pay attention to all the buttons before you click.

If your cell phone battery does not hold a charge like it used to, the low cost of a replacement battery makes this purchase a no-brainer. Battery life on my RAZR V3M went from about 4 days to close to 2 weeks.

Product was just as advertised but amount of time before requiring a charge is pretty short, actually does not hold a charge as long as the 4 year old battery in my cell phone. Original battery held a charge twice as long as this battery, when it was new.
Purchased this to improve usage time on my cell phone but recieved no improvement.

Company very easy to work with. They exhibited a willingness to cooperate to make things right. The product doesn't live up to my memory of the original battery that came with my phone. They offered a warranty exchaznge but I've sat on it so long that I feel wierd sending it back now.
