Purchased through ARC Accessory as a NEW OEM battery. The battery arrived in a non-factory sealed baggie and was partially charged. No instructions were included regarding proper way to charge first time.



Contacted the vendor with questions about both issues. Only said the battery was new and they "test" it before sending it, which is why it was partially charged.



Had to write again to ask about how long to charge it the first time. Vendor not adequately answer the question.



Now, having had the battery less than 2 weeks, it is not holding the charge well and already needs to be charged every other day.

This battery was advertised as being new, but I don't think it was. It doesn't hold a charge for very long and I seem to be charging this battery almost as often as the one it replaced.
