I checked with T-MObile about the possibility of purchasing a new battery for my three + year old cell phone. T-Mobile didn't carry one in stock, but could order one for nearly $50.00. I declined their offer and did a Google search for the battery number and found it available on Amazon. The price with an Amazon vendor was under $8.00, so for that kind of difference, I took the chance with my first time order with an Amazon vendor. It was a smooth process, and my product arrived within the promised time frame. The battery worked great...holding a charge much better then the three + year old original battery. The replacement I purchased was the exact model, color etc as the original equipment. Thanks!
