This product will not hold a charge and I contacted OEM about the problem. They responded with instructions, I tried it but it still won't hold a charge for even 1 full day. They have not responded to my e-mails about their policy to correct the problem.

Amazon did a great job locating and shipping this product to me. However, in regards to the product itself, this battery holds a charge in a cell phone for about 3 days. It gets the job done (hence the 3 star rating) but my next purchase will be a phone/battery with longer life.

this battery fails to hold a charge for the expected length of time (eg: expected to be similar to the OEM battery that came with the phone) and must be recharged daily. this, with little to no talking on the phone. i would recommend NOT purchasing this product.
