Be aware that what the sellers of this battery describe as "new" OEM does not mean newly manufactured. I just got one from Wireless Unlimited that was made January 8, 2006. Seller claims it should still hold a charge but I have seen many references to these batteries having a shelf life of around 3 years.

I purchased this for my wifes Trac phone and it does not seem to hold a charge now as long as the original one did. Dont know if it is the battery or the phone but I think we will be getting her a new phone this Christmas anyway so it does not matter.
