Bought this for my wife's Palm Trio 750. Put the battery in and tried to charge the phone. Absolutely will not charge at all. Zero. Nothing. Returning the battery.

Came in a postage type envelope via regular mail and was inside wrapped in a piece of plastic closed with a small piece of tape. It seems to work great so far I haven't had any problems with using it. The only small problem I had which really wasn't too big a deal and partly my fault was the delivery. I did order it regular shipping and on a Friday night/Saturday morning so I didn't actually receive it till a week from that coming Monday. However there was no information I could find about the shipment other than they would hope to have it out as soon as possible and there wasn't any other information that I could find through any website no tracking#, confirmation of shipping way to get in touch with company or anything. However once here it has worked just fine and I couldn't be more satisfied with it's functionality. All tho I was a bit worried if it would work after receiving it in packaging that was so insubstantial. works great tho, now I have one battery for phone and one for the cradle so that I always have a working phone ;)

The battery did not fit a Treo 750 like it said it would. I will not buy again from this supplier unless i get a battery that fits with no cost to me.

the battery an the company is both in excellant shape they sent the product with-in 24 hours. my only gripe is with the carrier! the package was torn open an it was nothing but dumb luck that the item made it with the package actually none of the invoice made it but that is unimportant with this item. all they had to do is take 5 seconds an use some tape to guarntee delivery, but as useal this is to much to ask from our U S Postal service.
