An OEM battery is the only way to go. Unfortunately, many vendors use the pictures of OEM batteries in their ads. Then after ordering what
seemed to be a great deal - you find out why. It is not an OEM battery, but a knock off instead.

Had problems with other batteries I ordered for the bold 9000 because the gold connections would get pushed in after charging in the oem charger and would therefore not work in the phone because it could not make the proper connection.
