I didn't rate this because I didn't buy the item yet. OEM means that the item is manufacturers originial euipment and I keep seeing this other review on a lot of products it doesn't apply to. I have seen a dealer that calls itself OEM but that is much different than a product like this one that is stating OEM to let you konw that is made by the manufacturer in this case RIM or Blackberry.
