Chiming in with other reviews, this battery will take you to a different realm of usability. Yes, your Pre will have a fat retro look, but it WILL fit in your pants. The added battery life changes it from a novelty to indispensable assistant. I can't imagine going back.

This extended battery pack is great. The battery lasts for about 4 days, when using the internet part of the phone for about 5 hours a day. I would recommend anyone using a Pre with the standard battery pack to buy this battery pack. It does make the phone a little larger and heavier, but it is much easier to hold. The thicker cover is well made - has a rubber-like coating and a recessed area for the camera lens - prevents the lens from getting scratched. This pack is well worth what Amazon sells it for.

My phone crashes constantly with this battery.
When I tried to get a replacement, seidio gave me the runaround and has refused to issue an RMA. My last two emails have been ignored.

Some days I'd have to plug in before the end of the day. Now, I've forgotten to charge it overnight, and it still makes it through the next day. Sure, it's a bit more bulky but unless you're trying to impress people with how small it is, you'll think it's worth it.

I'm a power user of the Palm Pre, and this battery makes the it usable. Before I was running out of power well before the end of the day. With it I can comfortably go for two days before having to recharge. It does add bulk, but to me it is more than worth it. Great product!
