Never received the item or got a refund. Spoke with customer service by email only. I could not find the correct forms on their website to complete for a refund. Asked them to send them to me, but never received them. Sorry I tried to make this purchase online. Should've just went to the Verizon store or Best Buy. Not happy, and of course ,I wouldn't recommend this seller.

I bought this battery because I was having to leave my phone in my car on a job site I was working. The winter cold was killing my OEM battery, So I decided to give this extended life battery a try.
This battery has extended my battery life by at least 90% and has not let me down yet. I recommend this to anyone needing a long life battery for times when they cannot make it back to home or car for charging. The only con is the fact that this battery is huge when compared to the original battery and it totally eliminates the slimline silhouette of the enV touch. If keeping your phone sleek and sexy, rather than functional, then this is not for you, but if you like the idea of going days longer between charges I highly recommend this for you.

The "hold the start button" hack described above no longer appears to work. I'm not sure if Verizon closed that loop hole, but this battery will NOT power a Verizon phone.
Be warned, this battery doubles the thickness of the phone. If that matters to you, do not purchase.

The product was delivered on time and appears to be as described. As far as powering the phone it is fine. The one, and this is a big one, disappointment is that the battery is about three times as thick as the OEM battery. This makes the entire phone twice as thick and twice as heavy; and worse, it makes the phone too big to easily slide into a front trouser pocket (this is exacerbated by the square corners on the part of the battery that protrudes from the phone).
