Supplier sent the incorrect battery 2 times.... I ordered the correct battery but they pulled the wrong one from the shelf and shipped the incorrect one 2x's... finally got the right one and its great...

This item was excellent. I dont have to charge my phone for two days with it. With the other one I had it wouldnt even last 6 hours. I would order this again for sure!!!!

The description on this item states that it is NEW. It is not. The battery I received was much more worn than the one I already have! It was in a sealed pouch, but it has all the scratches evident of being put in and taken out of the phone many times.
I would always give 1 star for a merchant that lies about the status of a product. I'm all for buying and using USED equipment, but I prefer to know that it's used when making my purchasing decision.

Even though the battery is new, the phone still won't hold a charge any longer than before. I'm glad this product only cost $7.

Amazon.com did again what they do so well.....always seem to amaze me with how quick they ship orders; way to go Amazon.com! I can't say the same for the item BUT that might not be the battery - it might be the phone itself. It would have been helpful to know that the standard battery needs to be charged twice per day and the extended life battery recommended as a preferred alternative.
